  • So, I've heard about people using Cheat Engine on Animal Jam, but, I've heard people say they've been banned because somehow AJHQ caught onto them. I myself and very tempted to use it, but I'm worried something might happen. Since that whole scandal with the unreleased Jamaaliday items came about, is there anything that could happen if I were to use it?

    • I don't think anything would happen if no one sees you doing it or if anything you do doesn't severely impact the game. However, if you do the color hack or another very distinct hack in a populated place like Aldan, you can get banned, which is what happened to one of my accounts a couple months ago. I'd still suggest using a spare account on a VPN to do hacks.

  • When did you take the screenshots of those depth charges u uploaded? Do you have any of them?

      Loading editor
  • Hey, I was just wondering why you deleted the images in the Test Room gallery? I think now they're even more helpful since it's difficult to see details on the image that you added. Would you be okay with me adding them back?

    • sorry, i thought that my image was clear enough. the one that i uploaded to the wiki is resized because i couldn't upload it full-size, so i provided a link to the full-sized version on the image description page. i understand that most people will probably skip over the link, so i don't mind if you add your images back.

    • I went ahead and added them as submissions with a link back to this thread. Another user (ThatWarriorLover900) already uploaded something similar to BarbieShecat's suggestions so that reinforces my feelings that it is acceptable for submissions to be somewhat similar or based on/inspired by one another.

  • I've been trying to cleanup the Special:Wantedpages list and I noticed that your excellent blog page has a number of red links. I believe that they are relevant but at the same time they are speculated (right?) so I will change them into external links so that they are no longer listed as wanted pages. If I am totally wrong and they are needed pages, please let me know. Thanks.

edit - I will try to patiently await a response before actually changing the links.

    • oh, i didn't know that it was an issue. i don't think the red links are particularly helpful at this time, so i'll remove them.

        Loading editor
    • It's primarily because red links appear in a number of places where Wikia encourages the user to create a page for them, so I have been trying to get rid of them in cases where a page shouldn't be created for them.

  • When I try to type your username to Find a Jammer, nothing shows up. Do you know why?

    • My only worry is, my friends tagged along and after I’d left I told them not to follow the hacker anywhere else or annoy them. Unfortunatly they did. He sent them glitched jags, one of a Jammer Wall and another of a beta Jam-a-gram. From what they’ve told me, it seemed like they were interogating this person with rude/annoying questions the hacker didn’t want to answer for quite sometime. They also said they followed him to Typical Rocky’s banned den. Other than that, they went back to the Vortex and they said he did the colour hack a few times. Originally, we were trying to find out who hacked it back for the majority of the day, and then, next morning, I followed one of my random buddies there. The hacker and several other people where there. The person walked around and said they were the hacker and they did the colour hack in there too, that led me to believing that they were the one who brought it back. I told them who it was- because they were interogating some other girl who wouldn’t tell them who they’ve followed... I thought they were sensible enough not to annoy this person and ask them questions that would lead the moderators into believing that they’re interested in learning how to hack. I heard one of them got suspended and the other people weren’t on the day after.

    • Yikes. Again, I don't think you and your friends will be banned, and if you haven't gotten suspended yet, you probably won't. This happens every now and then and I don't think AJHQ will pay attention to you after they've suspended people already. My ban was an exception because fewer people went to unaccessible rooms back then and I had a pretty in-depth discussion about hacks with Medic, so AJHQ probably thought I was a hacker. In the future, if you want to follow hackers again and you're concerned about being suspended or banned, try making a new account on a different IP address (using a VPN) with a different parent email. It's usually enough to mask your identity from AJHQ.
