The Underwater HDTV appears as a large, rectangular, flat-screen television with fish fins popping out at the sides. When the direction it faces is changed, it shows the images backwards. There are eight different color varieties of this item.

Trivia[]
- When clicked, the screen cycles through three shows before turning off again. The first show displays a WildWorks logo against a white background. The second show displays a dolphin jumping out of the sea and through golden hoops, similar to the game Splash and Dash. The third show displays some giant tube worms with various fish moving across the screen.
- Instead of the WildWorks logo, this item used to show the National Geographic logo on top of a green background until sometime in early 2018. This change was similarly initiated on the other television den items in the game that displayed the National Geographic logo, including the HD Television, Sand TV, Aquatic Television, Frog TV, Pig TV, Snow TV, Bunny Ear TV, Bubblevision, and Television.
