The Phantom Key is a small purple key with two teeth. Its head is that of a Phantom's eye. It has a chip on the top of the eye, which gives the key detail.

The Phantom Key was initially released on June 26, 2014, as the top right hard mode completion prize from Bubble Trouble.

- The ocean den version of the key is available to be won in Bubble Trouble in hard mode at the top right chest.
- The phantom key appears in numerous adventures, including Return Of The Phantoms, The Phantom Portal, Meet Cosmo, The Great Escape, The Search For Greely and Bubble Trouble.
- This key can be used for opening Phantom Doors or freeing animals in cages and Phantom Bubbles.
