The Phantom Balloon is a large helium-filled balloon. It has a large circular body with a white small circle to acts as the eye. It also has four short legs protruding out of the body. All of this is attached to a long thick string. This item comes in eight different color varieties.

The Phantom Balloon was initially released on April 29, 2012, in the Spooky Shop. It was most recently released on September 26, 2015, in Jam Mart Clothing and left on November 9, 2015.
