Appearance[]
This consists of a pair of heart-shaped ear pads that are connected to a thick white band. This item comes in eight different varieties.

The Heart Earmuffs was initially released on February 5, 2013, in the Shiveer Shoppe and returns annually during the Friendship Festival. It was most recently released on February 8, 2024, in the Shiveer Shoppe and left on March 1, 2024.
